Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Delhi, India. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting customers with booking inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service requests, and supporting the sales team. Daily tasks will include processing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and client communication.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Reservations and Customer Satisfaction management
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and customer interaction
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
