Reservations Executive (Ticketing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, reissuance, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Manage both domestic and international flight bookings through GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) and airline portals
• Provide fare quotes, ticketing options, and best routing solutions to clients
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and changes
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for any schedule changes or special requests
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely support to clients

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in air ticketing/reservations, preferably in the travel industry
• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and airline reservation systems
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international ticketing processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail
• Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills
