Reservations Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

• Updating the booking in the booking software.
• Interacting the customer via email for any information gathering
• Escalate any issues regarding the bookings to Team lead or Manager.
• Reconfirmation of tours and cross verifying
• Bookings of tour attractions in Dubai or Egypt.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality.
• 1 Year and above work experience in a similar role in the same industry.
• Knowledge with Microsoft office suite.
• Good Communication and flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
