Reservations Executive (Night shift)

As a Reservation Executive for the night shift at our resort, your role will involve managing reservations, communicating with guests, handling OTA platforms, and contributing to sales and revenue management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency. - Maintain knowledge of room availability, rates, and resort amenities. - Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences. - Provide personalized assistance to guests, offer recommendations, and resolve inquiries promptly. - Manage relationships with OTAs and third-party booking platforms. - Analyze booking trends and competitor pricing to develop pricing strategies. - Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate on promotional campaigns with the sales and marketing team. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in reservation. - Strong communication skills with guests, staff, and external partners. - Proficiency in reservation management software and online booking platforms. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. - Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Food and accommodation will be provided for this full-time, permanent position located in Wayanad, Kerala. Night shift availability is required for this in-person role. Experience in reservation for a minimum of 2 years is preferred, along with proficiency in English. Relocation or reliable commuting to Wayanad, Kerala, is required.
