Role Description

We are seeking a Reservations Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Bardez. The Reservations Executive will handle booking requests, manage customer interactions, ensure seamless reservations, and address customer inquiries professionally. The role involves managing reservations systems and promoting services to maximize bookings while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Reservations management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience with Sales strategies to promote services and secure bookings
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using reservations software and CRM systems is a plus
• Relevant professional experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Candidates must be based out of Goa
