Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive at Haveli Dharampura in Delhi, India. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales activities. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Reservations and Sales Demonstrated ability to exceed customer satisfaction metrics Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Show more Show less
