Reservation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client bookings, communications, coordinate reservations, strengthen our brand presence, and ensure clear, professional, and consistent messaging across all channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to reflect the luxury standards of our brand in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Coordinate domestic and international bookings with accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, chauffeurs, and partners.
• Handle itinerary updates and last-minute changes professionally.
• Maintain booking records and ensure smooth service execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration.
• Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.
• Prior experience in travel operations, reservations, or hospitality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online booking systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with luxury or corporate travel clients.
• Knowledge of global destinations and airport operations.
• Flexible to work in international time zones (when required).
