Reservation Executive - Hotels

The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling all reservation inquiries, processing bookings efficiently, maintaining accurate guest records, and ensuring the highest standard of customer service. The role involves close coordination with the front office, sales, and revenue management teams to maximize room occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservation calls, emails, and online booking inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process individual and group reservations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Update room availability, rates, and special offers across various distribution channels.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Revenue teams to optimize room occupancy and yield.
• Maintain up-to-date guest profiles and booking details.
• Respond to guest queries regarding room types, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
• Follow up on tentative bookings and ensure timely conversion into confirmed reservations.
• Manage cancellations, amendments, and no-show records as per hotel policy.
• Ensure payment details and billing instructions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
• Assist in training new team members and maintaining departmental SOPs.
• Ensure all reservation correspondence and confirmations are accurate and professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
