Reservation and Ticketing Agent

As a Reservations & Ticketing Executive at our Gurgaon & Mumbai offices, your role will involve handling both domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre. You will be responsible for issuing, re-issuing, and canceling air tickets based on client requirements. Additionally, providing travel solutions, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction will be key aspects of your job. It will also be your responsibility to prepare travel itineraries, maintain booking records, and ensure compliance with airline and IATA policies. Key Responsibilities: - Handle domestic & international flight bookings using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). - Issue, re-issue, and cancel air tickets as per client requirements. - Provide travel solutions, handle customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Prepare travel itineraries, maintain booking records, and ensure compliance with airline and IATA policies. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred). - 2-4 years of experience in travel reservations and ticketing. - Knowledge of GDS systems and strong communication skills.
