Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional female receptionist to join our reputable Dental, Skin, and Hair clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Manage appointment scheduling (in-person, phone, and online).
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain and update patient records and files.
• Answer and manage incoming calls and inquiries.
• Collect payments and maintain billing records.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure timely appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
• Manage inventory of front-desk supplies.
• Ensure all safety and confidentiality protocols are followed.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female only
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Skills:
