Job Description:

We are seeking a well-spoken, professional, and courteous Female Receptionist to join our team in Jalandhar, Punjab. The ideal candidate should be presentable, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling front-desk responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain the reception area and ensure cleanliness
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients
• Maintain visitor logs and basic administrative tasks
• Assist with day-to-day office operations as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any stream)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not mandatory
