Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research & Analyst professional to collect, evaluate, and interpret data that supports strategic decision-making. The role involves conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing trends, preparing reports, and providing insights that help the organization achieve its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, markets, and emerging opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources.
• Develop insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
• Track and forecast market developments, risks, and opportunities.
• Support business strategy, marketing, product development, and operational improvements through research.
• Maintain and update research databases and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support for projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in research, market analysis, or business analytics.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex data into clear insights.
• Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines.
