Job Description

As a Research & Technology Manager at Siemens Energy in Aurangabad, Maharashtra India, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the R&D team and its related activities. Your strong technological background with in-depth knowledge of Instrument Transformer, Bushings, and Coils will be essential in driving innovation and maintaining excellence in the field. Your expertise in high voltage engineering, electrostatic & electromagnetic design, as well as in-depth process knowledge of new product development, value engineering, MIS, and SAP will be key in contributing to the success of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the R&D team and related activities - Utilize your strong technological background in Instrument Transformer, Bushings, and Coils - Apply in-depth process knowledge of New Product Development, Value Engineering, MIS, and SAP Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Master's or Master of Engineering preferred - Technical skills in High Voltage Engineering, Electrostatic & Electromagnetic Design - Working knowledge of SAP and Quality Management System Key Skills: - Excellent English fluency for business communication with stakeholders - Strong communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving technical queries - Proactive mindset and approach to serve internal and external customers - Growth mindset and service-oriented attitude to support colleagues - Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural team - Strong time management and prioritization skills - Readiness to delve deep into techno-commercial topics In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries, and shaping the future of energy systems.
