Job Description
He will be involved in setting up the lab at R&D for Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) molecule development. Also he should have experty in know-how for ADC molecule development.
The candidate will play key role in designing, synthesizing and characterizing ADCs. He should have knowledge of bioconjugation chemistry,antibody engineering & analytical techniques.
He will be involved in the decision of the capex requirements and upgrade in house technology platform to next level in view future demand.
He should have through knowledge of optimization of conjugation processes for scalability, reproducibility and compliance with regulatory standard.
He should be able to analyze experimental data, interpret results and present findings in internal review meetings.
He should handle hazardous materials (cyctotoxic payloads) safely,adhering to strict laboratory safety protocol and regulatory guidelines (e.g GLP,GMP)
He will prepare all required documents for execution of project to plant and support for validation activity at plant.
He should have good communication, precision in execution & work in co ordination with biotech team to take the project forward.
He should be familiar with biologics drug development and ability to work in fast paced collaborative R&D environment.
Should have relevant experience in ADCs molecule development & scale up
aged between 27-32 years
