Research Engineer

As a Research Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for conducting research and development activities. You will work as an Associate level employee in a full-time, onsite position at our Hyderabad, India location. Your main responsibilities will include conducting research and literature surveys on medical devices, building proof of concepts, and developing technical solutions for various research problems. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have experience in Embedded C, Python, and Matlab, as well as hands-on experience with microcontrollers and sensors to build prototypes. Experience in algorithm implementation on real-time data, expertise in Digital Signal Processing, Statistics, software design, and implementation for embedded systems are also required. You will be expected to implement state-of-the-art algorithms using sensor fusion techniques, validate prototypes, conduct product testing, and provide clinical inputs to the R&D team for implementation. Collaboration with internal product teams to understand and address their requirements, collecting data from experiments or simulations, and using mathematical formulas to evaluate it will be part of your daily responsibilities. Moreover, you will be responsible for development, testing, integration, code testing, and bug fixes.
