Engineering Design & Simulation (EDS)

Designation: (Research Engineer) (CAE Analyst) 01 No. (ARAI Contract)

Location: Pune

Work Experience: 5+ Years

Post graduate/ Graduate in Mechanical / Automotive/ Dfense Engineering

Candidates should possess necessary skill sets mentioned in below job description

1. Able to perform Blast Load Simulation and validation

2. Responsible for Accurate representation of Blast loading and boundary conditions

3. Experience in Vehicle Response Analysis under blast loading

4. Hands on experience in Dummy Kinematics and Occupant Safety

5. Perform Component Vulnerability Assessment

6. Thorough Knowledge of Composite and Soil material modelling

7. Responsible for Armoured Vehicle Design, Optimization and Validation

8. Knowledge of Blast mitigation strategies

9. Provide accurate and detailed reports of Assessment, providing recommendations & design directions for improvements.

Domain Knowledge (Skills Required)

1. Good knowledge and understanding of Armoured Vehicle integration using pre and post processing tools. (Hyperworks, LSprepost, Primer, d3plot etc.)

2. Proficiency in conducting crash simulations using Ls-Dyna, performing finite element analysis (FEA), and interpreting test results.

3. Knowledge of Dfense safety standards and regulations viz., STANAGs, MIL etc.

4. Good verbal and written Presentation & Communication Skills.

5. Strong problem-solving abilities, logical & analytical thinking and attention to detail.
