Your responsibilities will include partnering with leadership to ideate and validate new product concepts, leading the design and technical development of new footwear lines, overseeing prototyping and testing to ensure top-notch comfort and durability, collaborating with the production team for a seamless transition to manufacturing, monitoring competitor products and global trends, and exploring innovative materials and technologies to differentiate our products in the market.
