Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. Quantitative Research & Data Analysis Conduct quantitative research using a variety of methods such as surveys, questionnaires, and panel studies Moderate to advanced level of excel knowledge to manage and analyze large data sets (knowledge of tools like SPSS, R, or Python will be added advantage) Perform statistical analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and insights related to consumer behavior, preferences, and market dynamics 2. Insights Reporting Write comprehensive, clear, and actionable insights reports based on research findings (PPT as well as word Doc.) Ensure reports are visually appealing, easy to understand, and tailored to the target audience (basic formatting and good writing skills are mandatory) 3. Consumer Behavior Analysis Analyze and interpret consumer behavior data, segmenting audiences and identifying key drivers of consumer decisions Monitor emerging consumer trends through thorough data comprehension and analysis 4. Survey Design & Execution Assist in designing research questionnaires and survey tools to ensure data collection is efficient and aligned with business objectives Oversee the execution of quantitative surveys, ensuring timely data collection and quality control 5. Presentation & Storytelling Ability to convert data into insights using critical thinking. Good command over English language to draft superior quality insights report Collaborate with senior team members to refine insights and refine strategies based on consumer research findings 6. Market Trends Monitoring Stay updated on the latest industry and market trends, including new research methodologies and consumer preferences Conduct secondary research to complement primary insights and provide a broader context to client business challenges Preferred candidate profile: Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in quantitative research, with a focus on data analysis and report writing. Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel (SPSS, R, or Python will be added advantage) Experience in survey design and analysis (knowledge of tools like Decipher, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar platforms will be added advantage) Excellent skills in insight report writing and creating impactful reports. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights Familiarity with consumer behavior analysis and market segmentation Flexibility and perseverance Good communication skills Proactive and responsible
