Research Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in medical sciences and a keen interest in research, data analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature reviews and compile scientific and clinical data.
• Assist in preparing research reports, manuscripts, and project documentation.
• Support the research team in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Maintain accurate records of research findings and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely deliverables.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations, publications, and client reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
• Strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on qualification and experience).
