Research Assistant

Role Overview: As a Research Assistant at the institution, you will be involved in conducting research in various domains such as Medical Image Analysis, Mental Health Disorders, Musculoskeletal Disorders, Clinical Neuroscience, Medical Robotics, Clinical Research Methods, Digital Signal Processing, and Artificial Intelligence. Your initial probationary appointment will be for one year and can be extended based on your performance. Additionally, you will gain valuable research experience to prepare for further educational pursuits. Key Responsibilities: - Providing advanced modeling and medical image analytics support to projects in SCMIA. - Leading the development, testing, and implementation of Deep learning/machine learning models. - Handling computational and administrative requirements of NVIDIA DGX A100 GPU Server. - Collaborating with clinicians, radiologists, technicians, surgeons, and other engineers. - Developing and maintaining test scripts, documentation, and training new recruits and students. - Writing scientific journal publications and acquiring advanced training for new tools. Qualification Required: - Minimum qualification of M.Tech/ M.S./M.E./ M.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Data Sciences and AI/ Applied Mathematics degrees OR a Ph.D. Degree in one of the research domains with a focus on medical imaging. - Experience in areas such as data analytics/modelling with medical imaging domain, data science/ ML and AI, development of clinical or neuroscience protocols, Python coding for real-time execution, connectivity interfaces with data sources, technical knowledge of Medical Image Analysis, and synthesis operations, and development of Game environment in Unity 3D.,
