Research Assistant

As a Research Assistant at Bharti Institute of Public Policy (BIPP), you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced researchers on various projects aimed at addressing contemporary public policy challenges. The role involves supporting AMPPP students in developing their capstone projects, assisting in the publication of BIPP Policy Paper Series, Reports, Research Blogs, Policy Briefs, and Presentations, contributing to data analysis and research initiatives, and providing crucial administrative support. Key Responsibilities: - Support AMPPP students in developing capstone projects by reviewing drafts, providing feedback, and guiding them on research methodology, data interpretation, and academic writing - Assist in the publication of BIPP Policy Paper Series, Reports, Research Blogs, Policy Briefs, and Presentations by refining content, fact-checking, formatting documents, and coordinating with design teams - Actively contribute to research projects by conducting literature reviews, synthesizing findings, and analyzing policy-related datasets - Provide administrative support by organizing meetings, workshops, maintaining documentation, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication between stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Master's degree preferred) - Strong analytical and research skills - Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and academic writing - Excellent writing and communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are passionate about public policy research and analysis, have strong academic credentials, and possess the necessary analytical and communication skills, we encourage you to apply for the Research Assistant position at Bharti Institute of Public Policy (BIPP).,
