The Research Assistant will be responsible for supporting faculty in managing a industry project on well being based on the portal www.panchkoshawellbeing.in. This role entails research activities, conducting literature reviews, performing data collection and analysis, preparing research reports, reaching out to potential users in B2C and B2B format. Collaboration with faculty and research teams will play a key part in daily responsibilities. Qualifications Digital marketing skills Experience in conducting Research and Literature Reviews Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in start up environment c Master’s degree in Management, Psychology, or related fields (preferred) Prior experience in academic or industry research projects is an advantage
