**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Senior Research (and teaching) Assistant at Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team supporting two faculty members in conducting high-impact research projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting literature reviews, designing experiments, analyzing data, and assisting in teaching duties. This full-time on-site role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for contributing to academic and industry research initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate research findings with scientific rigor. - Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to inform research strategies and methodologies. - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using advanced statistical methods to drive research objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop research protocols and ensure alignment with project goals. - Prepare and present research findings effectively, including writing research sections. - Mentor junior research assistants and interns to foster a collaborative research environment. **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of experience in a research-focused role with a proven track record in academic or industry research projects. - Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS) and data visualization tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively. - Proficiency in Mathematics and analytical skills. - Experience in working with children is beneficial. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - PhD degree preferred; Master's degree may also apply with research experience.
