Research And Teaching Assistant

You will join Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon as a Senior Research (and teaching) Assistant, located in Gurugram. In this role, you will support two faculty members in their research and teaching activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting experiments, analyzing data, preparing educational materials, and mentoring junior research assistants and interns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present research findings effectively. As a qualified candidate, you should have at least 3 years of research-focused experience, proficiency in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A PhD degree is preferred, but Master's degree holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively are essential for this role. Your technical skills should include a background in research methodologies, proficiency in data management and analysis tools, and experience with research software and databases in the Management/Business field. Additionally, soft skills such as exceptional analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and adaptability to changing priorities are crucial.
