R&D manager (Electronics)An R&D manager oversees the electronics R&D team and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of research projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the R&D team to drive innovation.
• Develop and execute R&D strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and manufacturing, to define product specifications and strategy.
• Monitor project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure all electronic developments adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Review and approve technical documentation and project reports.

Qualifications and skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; a Master's or Ph.D. is often preferred.
• Experience: Extensive experience in electronics development, with significant prior experience managing technical teams.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Business Acumen: A deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory standards.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders and mentoring team members.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
