Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data on market trends, consumer behaviour, and industry dynamics.
  • Design and implement research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data using statistical tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python).
  • Interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research.
  • Assist in the development of research proposals and project plans.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality throughout the research process.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a market research firm or consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and predictive modelling.
  • Understanding of data visualisation best practices.
