As a Research Analyst, your role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making. You will be responsible for creating reports, identifying trends, and collaborating with various teams to inform business strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze data using statistical tools. - Prepare reports and presentations with insights and recommendations. - Monitor industry trends and perform market/financial research. - Collaborate with teams to align research with business goals. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in research. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, and Python. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in Manuscript writing, Thesis writing, and Implementation would be an advantage.
