Research Analyst

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical professional to support a broad range of Investment Banking (IB) and strategic research projects. These projects can vary from a few days to several weeks and involve gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting financial and market data using structured methodologies and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial due diligence and support IPO readiness assessments for clients. Prepare key deliverables including Information Memorandums , Pitch Decks , Market Research Reports , and investor presentations. Develop robust financial models (including deep-dive valuation, forecasting, and market sizing). Perform valuations using DCF , Comparable Company Analysis , EVA , and other methodologies. Evaluate investments for asset management companies , including opportunity screening and financial return analysis. Manage one or more client accounts and lead a team of analysts to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. Design research strategies and gather data through primary and secondary sources. Analyze and synthesize complex data, presenting insights via structured outputs (memos, models, reports, presentations). Participate in ad hoc research , internal knowledge development , and business development initiatives. General Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in financial research, investment banking, or related fields. Strong analytical , quantitative , and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in advanced financial modeling and exposure to client handling . Team leadership experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities . Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and financial databases/tools.
