Job Description

Role:

Responsible for researching and updating mailing addresses/phone numbers for return packages by analyzing API data. Unresolved cases are transferred to the calling team following set guidelines.

Qualification:

B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA - Arts Bachelors degree

Should be Proficient in MS Office

SKILLS:

Strong online research and data collection abilities.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.• Good written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to maintain high accuracy and collaborate within a team
Proficiency in MS-Office applications

Shift:

Flexible to work in shifts (Night), as per business requirement
Flexible to work during weekends & holidays (rotational week offs)

Full-time
Work From Office – Coimbatore
