Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Property Domain Expertise:

  Possess in-depth knowledge US mortgage markets.

• Business Requirements Gathering:

  Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements for mortgage operations. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand specific needs and use cases.

• Deadline Management:

  Responsible for managing your own queue with specific files that must be prepared, reviewed, and mailed within a specific deadline.

• Data Management:

  Define data mappings, data validation rules, and data conversion processes to ensure accurate and consistent data within the systems.

• Customer Interaction:

  Clear and neutral English pronunciation, ensuring effective communication with US customers over the phone and through email.

Skill & Experience:

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

- A Masters degree in one of the following fields: Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. (if you do not have a masters degree you must demonstrate that you have experience.

2. Professional Experience:

-A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

3. Mortgage Analysis:

- Proven expertise as a Researcher with a strong track record US markets.

4. Software Proficiency:

- Proficiency in working with software platforms, particularly those Black Knight's solutions, netronline, simplifile, property recorders offices, understanding mapping.

5. Expert Analytical Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

6. Communication and Collaboration:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

7. Project Management:

- Experience in project management, with a focus on volume-based business operations and effective time management.

8. **Certifications (Optional):**

- Any relevant certifications in mortgage business analysis or certifications specific to Wipro Gallagher - NetOxygen or Black Knight platforms would be a plus.
