ALM) Has basic knowledge of common client/server technologies such as . Net Nice to have: Has a good understanding of the insurance market in his business field and reflects on the impact of market development on individual task. Shows a clear view on future customer needs and translates customer demands into respective IT requirements. Basic knowledge of Cobol / Mainframe Education/Qualification: 3-5 years experience in Financial Services IREB CPRE Certificate preferred University or technical college degree with a focus on insurance, mathematics, economics, business informatics, computer science Knowledge Experience: Experience with insurance processes Experience with sales supporting systems Knowledge of the relationships between customer, contract, sales partner and commission Good analytical skills Good modeling skills Good understanding of processes and structures Understand the requirements structure and what is required so developers know what the business needs Structure system requirements English
