As a Requirements Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our software products, specifically focusing on our PLUS+1 Controller platform. This platform is essential for driving mobile machinery in industries such as construction, agriculture, and off-highway vehicles. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with both internal and external partners to ensure that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and tracked throughout the development phase. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers, project managers, and stakeholders to establish and clarify requirements. - Translate customer demands into product, software, and test requirements in coordination with the project team. - Take charge of all requirements, ensuring their comprehensiveness and traceability. - Prioritize requirements based on business and customer priorities. - Engage in cross-team collaboration throughout the software lifecycle.
