This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases. The selected candidate will lead the design and implementation of intelligent systems that leverage cutting-edge technologies for real-time inference and enterprise-grade applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable AI applications using LLMs such as GPT-4, LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon Build and optimize RAG pipelines to deliver contextually accurate responses Develop modular AI agents using LangChain or similar frameworks Utilize vector databases such as Pinecone and FAISS for semantic search and data retrieval Integrate real-time inference solutions using Groq or other AI accelerators Fine-tune language models for industry-specific use cases Stay up to date with advancements in NLP, Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and token efficiency Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and infrastructure teams to deploy AI features to production Required Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP Strong expertise in LangChain, RAG architecture, and vector search technologies Proficient in Python and/or Node.js for AI application development Experience with fine-tuning and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Falcon) Solid understanding of NLP principles, token optimization, and STT/TTS workflows Familiarity with OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, and similar AI platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Groq or other real-time inference engines Knowledge of prompt engineering, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), or MLOps practices Exposure to multimodal AI solutions involving text, voice, and images Why Join Cogniter Technologies Work on impactful, real-world AI products and systems Collaborate in a research-driven and agile technology environment Access modern tools, infrastructure, and resources Contribute to next-generation enterprise AI platforms and automation solutions How to Apply Interested candidates should send their resume to hr@cogniter.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
