We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing female Kindergarten Teacher who is passionate about working with young children. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment that fosters the holistic development of children in the early years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in line with the curriculum.
• Foster the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
• Maintain a warm, caring, and safe classroom environment.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving through play-based learning.
• Monitor, assess, and document children’s progress, sharing regular updates with parents.
• Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement and effective discipline strategies.
• Organize events, activities, and celebrations relevant to early childhood learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, staff, and management to enhance the kindergarten program.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, child safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education or relevant field (preferred).
• Prior teaching experience with young children (kindergarten/preschool) is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing personality.
• Creativity in planning engaging lessons and activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff.
