Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Transformation Analyst with 35 years of experience to support ,

manage and execute digital initiatives across functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, basic technical command in tools like Python, Streamlit and Power BI, and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive value through technology-led improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 35 years of hands-on experience in digital transformation, analytics, or IT projects.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Streamlit (for scripting, data manipulation, automation).
• Basic command in Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.
• Familiarity with digital tools, APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to work across diverse teams.

Educational Background:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent technical

degree).

Preferred Attributes:

• Exposure to industrial or manufacturing domains (e.g., metals, mining, energy) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation, IoT, or OT systems is desirable.
• Certification in Power BI, Python, Streamlit or Agile/Project Management is a bonus
