Job Title: Synthesis R&D – Freshers

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting organic synthesis experiments.
• Perform laboratory reactions using standard synthetic procedures.
• Monitor reactions and analyze samples using TLC, HPLC, NMR, GC, IR, and other analytical techniques (training will be provided).
• Maintain laboratory notebooks with accurate experiment records & observations.
• Prepare reagents, solvents, and reaction setups.
• Purify reaction products (extractions, chromatography, recrystallization, etc.)
• Follow lab safety protocols and maintain clean lab environment.
• Support senior chemists in literature search and data compilation.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of organic chemistry reactions & laboratory techniques.
• Knowledge of purification & analytical techniques (preferred).
• Good observational and documentation skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and work in R&D environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet research).
