Repossession Manager

We are looking for an experienced Repo Manager to manage repossession, recovery, and repo sale operations for delinquent loan accounts. The role involves handling the end-to-end repo sale process, vendor coordination, auctions, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Repo Sale process from repossession to final closure.
• Monitor Repo Portal and ensure alerts/communications are sent to existing customers based on defined logic
• Conduct fortnightly yard auctions by inviting interested customers and ensuring on-the-spot sales through STP / Cash
• Drive sale of repossessed assets to end users by executing WhatsApp campaigns, BMRM mapping, and local outreach initiatives.
• Liaise with Tractor Junction and corporate RTO agents for smooth RTO transfer and documentation of repo sale cases.
• Manage inventory of repossessed assets, including yard stock and movement tracking.
• Coordinate with repossession agencies, auction partners, and field teams.
• Ensure repossession and sale activities are conducted in compliance with RBI,SARFAESI, and company policies
• Track recovery performance, repo sale conversion, and prepare MIS reports.
• Handle customer negotiations, settlements, and escalations related to repossession and repo sale.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate (post-graduate preferred)
• 57 years of experience in

  Repossession, Recovery, and Repo Sale operations.

• Strong understanding of

  repo auctions, inventory management, and RTO processes.

• Experience in handling

  auto/tractor/LAP portfolios

  preferred
• Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for yard visits and auctions.
