Reporting and Documentation

As a Reporting and Documentation Specialist at ARCH Development Foundation, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Draft donor reports, field stories, and knowledge products in line with branding guidelines - Document success stories, interviews, and outcomes for visibility and advocacy - Assist in proposal writing and concept note development for new CSR projects - Work with field teams to gather data, photos, and progress updates - Maintain MIS and support in monitoring frameworks and outcome tracking To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Excellent written communication and storytelling ability - Familiarity with impact evaluation tools, infographics, and donor communication practices Qualifications required for this position include a degree in Development Communication, Social Work, English, or Journalism, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in documentation/reporting in the development sector.
