Reporting and Documentation

As a member of the reporting and documentation team at ARCH Development Foundation, you will be responsible for drafting donor reports, field stories, and knowledge products adhering to branding guidelines. Your role will involve documenting success stories, interviews, and outcomes to enhance visibility and advocacy efforts. Additionally, you will support proposal writing and concept note development for new CSR projects. Collaborating with field teams, you will gather data, photos, and progress updates to ensure effective communication and reporting. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written communication skills and a knack for storytelling. Familiarity with impact evaluation tools, infographics, and donor communication practices will be essential in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively. Ideal candidates for this position will hold a degree in Development Communication, Social Work, English, or Journalism. A minimum of 5 years of experience in documentation and reporting within the development sector is required to succeed in this role.
