Reporting and controlling

As a Senior Plant Controller at our company, your role involves supporting the Senior Plant Controller in various financial activities. Your contributions will include: - Preparation of budget and strategic planning figures, as well as ad hoc analysis. - Preparation and reporting of monthly Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, Cash flow, and other month-end reports. - Analysis and control of main KPIs such as Sales, Expenses, Profit, CAPEX, ROS (Return on Sales), ROCE (Return on Capital Employed), etc. - Assisting in development and reporting according to MAHLE Group standard. Your experience and qualifications should ideally include: - At least 3-5 years of successful experience as a Controller with knowledge of IFRS. - SAP CO user experience is a must. - Good knowledge of Operational Processes, Cost and Management accounting is highly desirable. In addition to the specific qualifications, we have some minimum requirements for this role: - Fluent written and spoken English. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent administration skills. - Basic understanding of IT principles. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Excellent communication skills. - Customer-focused and results-oriented. - Responsible, organized, and a logical thinker. - Passionate about learning new concepts, technologies, and processes. - Attention to detail.
