We are looking for a Rental Executive / Senior Executive / Key Accounts Manager to join our Hyderabad operations. The role includes managing corporate bookings, coordinating with the fleet team, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and chauffeurs.

Key Responsibilities

Reservation & Operations Management

Handle car rental requests from corporate clients via email and phone.

Create, update, and manage reservations in the company portal.

Allocate vehicles based on requirements and availability.

Ensure timely execution of trips and monitor service quality.

Client Coordination & Key Account Handling

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Handle service issues, escalations, and last-minute requests professionally.

Share service details, pricing, trip updates, and confirmation emails.

Follow-Ups & Reporting

Track ongoing bookings to ensure seamless operations.

Coordinate with drivers, city operations teams, and fleet managers.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on reservations and trip execution.

Requirements

Experience in car rental, corporate travel, transport operations, or customer service preferred.

Strong communication skills (both email and phone).

Good knowledge of MS Office, reservation portals, or CRM tools.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Hyderabad (Full-time, office-based)
