Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Call existing customers to remind and assist with their upcoming health insurance renewals.
Provide accurate policy details, renewal benefits, premium amounts, and other relevant information.
Address customer queries and concerns related to policy coverage, documents, or renewal processes.
Upsell or cross-sell additional coverage or top-ups, where appropriate.
Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and renewal status in the CRM system.
Follow up diligently with clients until renewal is completed.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal targets.
Coordinate with internal departments (underwriting, customer service, etc.) as needed.
Ensure all communications adhere to company standards and IRDAI regulations.

Key Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
12 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / insurance renewals.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and [local/regional languages].
Basic understanding of health insurance products (training will be provided).
Good listening skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.
