The Role

As a Residential Real Estate Appraisal Analyst, you will delve into the complexities of property valuation, employing your analytical prowess and attention-to-detail to deliver top-notch reports. Your work will encompass a variety of property types, ensuring no two days are the same, yet also demand focus on specific tasks to meet our standards of accuracy and reliability.

Tasks and Activities

• Perform research using industry acknowledged databases and tools used across US market
• Analyze property level information from various sources including income statements, rent rolls, reimbursements, occupancy statistics to put together an indication of value
• Prepare collateral monitoring reports for assets underlying debt/equity investments. The assets range from office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, retail and others
• Perform valuation and appraisal services for residential real estate properties for the US markets and prepare reports for assets underlying debt/equity investments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years as a property valuer
• RICS is beneficial
• Valuation experience in the USA Property Market is a must
• Bachelors Degree
