Remote Position - Online Contracts & Tendering Specialist

We are seeking an Online Contracts & Tendering Specialist to help us identify and secure new business opportunities. You will research, track, and apply for contracts and tenders through online portals and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify facilities management contracts and tenders online
• Prepare bids, proposals, and supporting documents
• Maintain a calendar of deadlines and submissions
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information
• Ensure compliance with submission requirements
• Track success rates and report on opportunities

Requirements

• Previous experience with tendering, bid writing, or contract submissions
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Organised and deadline-driven
• Familiarity with government or corporate procurement platforms (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids at once

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
