Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are hiring an IT Operations Analyst to support daily IT services, monitor infrastructure performance, and help resolve incidents that affect business continuity. Key Responsibilities: Monitor servers, applications, and network health using dashboards and alerts. Respond to incidents, escalate issues, and coordinate with IT teams. Analyze logs and performance data to identify trends or issues. Maintain documentation and SOPs for operations tasks. Assist with change management and compliance reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Familiarity with IT monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds). Basic understanding of networking, system administration, and cloud. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA). ITIL certification is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
