Job Description

Job Title: Remote care support

Location: Tiramani & Alwarpet, Chennai (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time | 24/7 shift basis

Working Days: Includes Sundays & Government Holidays (Compensatory off provided)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Health Care Virtual Assistant to support medical professionals and patients

through query handling, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and remote healthcare

coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy, with a passion

for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to patient queries via phone, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
Assist doctors and medical staff with scheduling and follow-ups.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
Support virtual consultations and remote monitoring services.
Will be using different softwares for patient monitoring like CRM, EMR, cloud telephonic

platform etc

Ensure timely and professional communication.
Open to learn and training in new softwares and systems we use for patient monitoring

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences.
Experience: 02 years (freshers welcome).
Languages: English & Tamil compulsory; additional languages are an advantage.
Good computer and typing skills.
Willingness to work rotational shifts (including nights and holidays).
