Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Rasulabad., Kanpur Dehat and surrounding areas. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing appropriate financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client documents collection and verification, handling customer queries, conducting financial assessments, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role also involves collection and sales and also coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Customer and documents verification skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in finance industry is a plus.
• Immidiate joiner is preferred.
