Release Manager

As a Seasoned Release Manager at Claidroid Technologies, you will be responsible for owning and managing complex release pipelines in a fast-paced DevOps environment. You will collaborate closely with development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth transitions across non-production and production environments. Your key responsibilities will include planning and orchestrating production implementations, mitigating risks, and resolving post-release issues. Additionally, you will be expected to continuously identify process improvements through automation, tooling upgrades, and roadmap contributions. To excel in this role, you should bring at least 6-12 years of Release Management experience, preferably in a DevOps context. A deep understanding of CI/CD tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Git, Azure Portal, AKS, and Mulesoft is essential. Familiarity with observability and service tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence will be beneficial. Exposure to Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimsCenter and the insurance domain would be a strong advantage. It is crucial to have a strong grasp of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and IT infrastructure environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities within an international, cross-functional team.
