Release & DevOps Tech Lead Analyst - VP

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior-level role responsible for implementing new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. In this role, you will partner with various management teams to ensure the integration of functions to achieve goals and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements. You will be required to resolve high-impact problems through a detailed evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Additionally, you will provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. Your responsibilities will also include developing a comprehensive understanding of how different areas of business integrate to achieve business objectives, offering in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions, and serving as an advisor to mid-level developers and analysts. Qualifications for this role include 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis, extensive experience in system analysis and software application programming, a track record of managing and implementing successful projects, and being a Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development. You should have the ability to adjust priorities quickly, demonstrate leadership and project management skills, and exhibit clear and concise written and verbal communication consistently. A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Masters degree preferred.
