Release and Change Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Release Management: plan, schedule, coordinate deployments, maintain release calendar, conduct readiness and retrospectives.
• Handle Change Management: review/approve change requests, perform impact/risk assessments, facilitate CAB meetings, ensure rollback plans.
• Support Incident Management: act as first point of contact for major incidents, coordinate resolution, maintain logs, contribute to RCA.
• Work with Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana) for proactive issue detection and performance analysis

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, Release Management).
• Hands-on experience in Change & Release Management processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in 24x7 environments.
